  • Canva Templates: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email and/or info graphic containing a download link to access your Canva templates.
  • Photoshop Mockups: Photoshop mockups will be delivered as Photoshop (.psd) files. After purchasing, you will receive an email and/or info graphic with a download link to access your mockup files.
  • Stock Imagery: Stock imagery will be delivered through an online gallery or via an online storage program such as dropbox. After purchasing, you will receive an email and/or info graphic with a link to access the online gallery where you can download your images.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Digital downloads are typically available immediately after purchase. In some cases, there may be a slight delay due to payment processing or technical issues. If you encounter any problems accessing your downloads, please contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase or are unsatisfied with your products, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
